Guidance on Covid-19 Precautions for Current Meetings
·Whilst respecting individual choice we would encourage people to get the Covid vaccination in order to help protect both themselves and their fellow members.
·We would request members who are able, to wear a face mask when entering and leaving the building, and also when moving around the venue especially at the entrance and on the stairway, especially as the layout of the building does not allow for a one-way system.
·We will attempt to adjust all doors and windows, in order to provide a balance between ventilation and comfort. We urge you to dress appropriately.
·We will space the chairs at approx. 1 metre apart. Please assist to keep appropriately distanced during meetings.
·If socialising please maintain appropriate distancing and minimise risk both to others and yourselves.
·If you or anyone in your household or immediate circle, tests positive for Covid - or displays any symptoms - you should seek medical advice and NOT ATTEND MEETINGS until advised that you are safe to do so. An NHS free, self-administered, Lateral Flow Test is a useful guide should you be unsure if your cough or other symptoms are Covid positive.
